Cast a Fly Charters provides all the fishing gear you could ever want, but you are welcome to bring your own. Rods in the 8 to 10 weight range are appropriate. Intermediate or full sink lines are the norm. Boxed lunches, snacks and beverages are provided with full day charters.

Other items you might wish to bring:

• Foul weather/wind proof outerwear
• Small gear bag
• Hat & gloves
• Polarized sun glasses
• Sun block
• Rubber soled shoes
• A camera to record your experience.

Things to leave at home

• Black soled shoes (they leave marks on the boat deck)
• Banannas (unless you're not prone to superstitions)
• All worries, thoughts about work, or other things that could impede enjoyment of your day on the water
